Research study shows Chiropractic better than medication for neck pain

New Research study reported in the January 2012 issue of Annals of Internal Medicine concluded that Chiropractic was more effective than medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, or narcotics at reducing neck pain.  For participants with acute and sub-acute neck pain, Chiropractic adjustments were more effective than management with medication in both the short and long term.  Even a year later, the results favored Chiropractic management over the medication route.  This has always been seen in our office and other Chiropractic office’s alike, but it is great to see a study published in a medical peer reviewed publication proving the results of Chiropractic for neck pain.  Chiropractic can help so much more than just neck pain due to the fact that we remove nervous system interference which than allows every cell, tissue, and organ function as it should.  Dr. Ryan Tarnick with Tarnick Chiropractic & Acupuncture, P.C.
